Today, Steve Jobs and Apple introduced an updated version of the Apple TV - a device that plugs into your TV and allows you to download and watch podcasts, buy TV shows, buy movies, rent movies, listen to iTunes music, watch YouTube videos and view photos on Flickr and your .Mac account. And it does high definition.

I took a Minnesota Public Radio quiz that helps you determine who you should support for president, based on your answers to a few questions. I had a three way tie between Rudy Giuliani, Fred Thompson and Duncan Hunter. I never heard of Duncan Hunter before, but I guess he’s a Republican congressman from California…

I saw The Golden Compass and didn’t turn into a pillar of salt

I went to see The Golden Compass this afternoon, the fantasy movie based on a series of books that has sparked some controversy due to its supposedly anti-religion message. I must say, it was better than I though it would be and I’d recommend it to anyone interested in the fantasy genre.
