I hate this stupid world.

I’m sick of being crapped on. I’m sick of people being greedy and self-centered. No one cares for anyone anymore. No one loves. Everyone is selfish and out for their own personal gain. And after that goes on for a while - after people treat you like trash and ignore your feelings - you being to develop a shell. And you get the attitude that everyone is that way even though not EVERYONE has treated you that way, so you start to treat others as object or “things” to help you reach various levels of happiness. And then those people get used by you. And the cycle grows.

I just wish someone gave a damn. Remember how after 9/11, you realized what things were important in life? That needs to happen again. That needs to happen every day so we don’t slide back into our self-centered abyss.

I just want to stop caring. That would make things a lot easier. I wish I could use people the way they use me. Maybe if I get beat up enough, I’ll be able to reach (or sink to) that level.
